Tuition and Payment

Academic fees cover only 27% of the university's operating expenses. This does not detract from Santa Croce’s efforts to help students in need, ensuring that our university does not discriminate against those with limited financial means.

Enrollment must be completed with the annual tuition payment, which can be paid in whole or in two installments, meeting the deadlines indicated in the Academic Fee Schedule. Students of respective Colleges or Seminaries are exempt from this rule.

It is not permissible to enroll for the following year or take exams if you have not paid all previous academic fees.

In-Person At the University's Administrations Office

Hours open to the public: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

By check, credit card, or debit card directly at the University's Administrations Office.

Cash payments are not accepted, except for specific secretarial fees..

In any case, we recommend that you leave the certificate of payment—issued by the University Administrative Office—with the Academic Secretary, or a copy of the bank transfer made.

Only in exceptional, justifiable cases will partial refund of payments made be allowed, confirmed in writing.

Registration fees are not covered by the VAT (“IVA”).

Receipts for payments can be issued upon request.
