The fee is annual for cycle I and II; it can be paid in a lump sum or—for those who have difficulties—in two equal installments: the first by October 31 and the second by February 28.
Academic fees for cycle III instead can be paid in four different installments in the following way:
- the first installment by October 31 of the first year;
- the fee for the delivery of the theme of the thesis by February 28 of the first year of enrollment;
- the second installment by October 31 of the following academic year;
- the third installment by February 28 of the second year.
The fee for the presentation of the theme of the thesis is valid for five years, after which it is eventually renewed from year to year. Finally, the fee for the conclusion of the third cycle must be paid at the time of delivery of the thesis bound in the Academic Secretary for the public discussion
It is not allowed to enroll in the next year or take exams if you are not in good standing with the payment of previous installments.

At the University's Administrations Office
By check, credit card, or debit card directly at the University'sAdministrations Office (it is recommended to first obtain a form from theAcademic Registrar which specifies the amountdue). These payments include a fixed commission of € 2,00. Cash is not accepted, except in special cases with previous authorization.
Regardless of the method of payment, please turn in to the Academic Registrar the proof of payment issued by the Post Office or the Administrations Office.
Only in exceptional and justified cases will complete or partial refunds be granted.
