On November 18 and 19, 2025 (1:00 p.m., Álvaro del Portillo Hall), the School of Theology hosted the International Seminar entitled Nostra Aetate 60 Years Later.
Can the declaration Nostra Aetate be considered a definitive turning point in this complex and often troubled history? The Seminar sought to address this and other questions, bringing together scholars from a wide range of religious traditions. In addition to the Abrahamic faiths, the participation of Buddhist representatives from Risshō Kōsei Kai further enriched the dialogue, expanding the conversation toward a broader, more global vision of spiritual encounter.
