From January 22nd to 24th, 2025 (starting at 12:45 PM, in the Aula Magna Giovanni Paolo II), the 14th Professional Seminar on Church Communication Offices will take place. The theme of this year's seminar is "Communication and Evangelization: Context, Attitudes, and Experiences."
This biennial initiative, organized by the School of Institutional Communication, is aimed at ecclesiastical communicators from dioceses and other ecclesiastical jurisdictions, episcopal conferences, congregations or institutes of consecrated life, movements, and other entities linked to the Church, as well as communication and media professionals, and journalists covering religious news.

From January 28 to February 14, 2025, on the initiative of the School of Communication, the ISCOM Association, and AIGAV, the 11th Edition of the Specialization Course in Religious Information will take place: Current Journalistic Issues on the Catholic Church.
The program will consist of 12 sessions—including meetings and visits—with academics, members of the Curia, experts in ecclesiastical matters, and Vatican journalists.
Special attention will be given to journalistic needs, presenting topics through the most relevant information and data, examining and comparing diverse perspectives, and sharing key documentary and bibliographic references.

From February 18 to April 8, 2025, the first edition of the Course on the Pastoral Care of Forgiveness will be held, aimed at offering practical support to strengthen the ongoing formation of priests as ministers of mercy.
The course will take place on Tuesday afternoons, from 3:00 PM to 4:40 PM, and the methodology will be predominantly practical, following the case-study approach. Professors will send two cases prior to each session so that participants can read them in advance and actively engage in the discussion and resolution process.
From February 19th to May 28th, 2025, every Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 4:40 PM, the Schools of Theology and Canon Law are organizing an optional course (3 ECTS) entitled Ecclesial Movements: A Journey of Faith. The Service of Ecclesiastical Law.
The course is divided into two parts: theological and magisterial foundations (identity, specific characteristics, mission, relationship of movements with particular Churches) and a juridical approach (canonical configuration of movements, legal status of members, governance and formation, prevention and correction of abuses).
