La Biblioteca es de libre acceso para todos los profesores, investigadores y estudiantes de la Universidad Pontificia de la Santa Cruz y del Instituto de Ciencias Religiosas del Apollinare (ISSRA).
Los usuarios externos pueden frecuentar la Biblioteca solo para consultar el patrimonio de ésta, por lo que no puede utilizarse como sala de estudio para los textos propios.El acceso se realiza mediante la presentación de un documento de identidad y la compra de un tarjeta:
The Library is open to all professors, researchers, and students of both the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross and the Institute for Advanced Religious Studies.
Other patrons are welcome to visit the library in order to use its resources, but are not permitted to bring their own personal books inside to study.
