Optional course "Church Movements: A Reality on the Way,” (3ECTS), 2024
From February 12 to May 2024, every Monday from 3 to 4:40 p.m., the Schools of Theology and Canon Law are holding the optional course Church Movements: A Reality on the Way – The Service of Ecclesial Law, worth 3 ECTS.
The course is divided into two parts: Theological and magisterial foundations (identity, specific characteristics, mission, relationship of movements with the particular churches) and the legal slant (canonical configuration of movements, members’ legal status, governance and formation, prevention of and compensation for abuse).
Participation is free of charge for students from other pontifical universities, according to the conditions of the mobility agreement between universities that are part of CRUIPRO.
The course will be held in-person.
