Presentation of the Books "Legge e Libertà" (Edusc) and "In viaggio con le emozioni" (San Paolo), December 1st

On Friday, December 1, 2023, (at 11:30 AM in the Benedetto XVI Hall), the book Legge e Libertà, published by Edusc and written by Romano Penna, emeritus professor of New Testament in various faculties of theology, was presented. The book, as stated on the back cover, offers a biblical-theological itinerary that allows the reader to grasp the central aspects of the law-freedom dialectic and to focus on the peculiarity of the Christian message.
In addition to the author, Eric Noffke from the Waldensian School of Theology and professors Carlos Jódar, Giuseppe De Virgilio, and Eusebio González from our University's School of Theology participated.
On this occasion, the editorial project of a new biblical series by Edizioni Santa Croce was introduced.

In the afternoon of the same December 1 (at 3:00 PM, Álvaro del Portillo Hall), the book In volo con le emozioni, published by San Paolo and written by psychologist and psychotherapist Vittoria Lugli, was presented. "Flight," assumed here as a model for psychotherapy, can teach that through targeted training, many limits associated with the human condition can be overcome, reaching incredible milestones, as stated on the back cover.
In addition to the author, professors from Santa Croce, Ilaria Vigorelli, Francisco Insa, Federica Bergamino, and father Fabio Rosini, a biblical scholar, writer, and director of the Vocations Service of the Diocese of Rome, participated.
Some readings were read by the actress and screenwriter Annalisa Consolo.
