Roundtable on "Hope and its Faces" and presentation of the "Giuseppe De Carli" Award 2023, on November 30th
On Thursday, November 30, 2023, at the initiative of the cultural association "Giuseppe De Carli" and in collaboration with the School of Communication, a Round Table on Hope and its Faces was held.
Moderated by journalist Alessandra Ferraro and following greetings from prof. Daniel Arasa, dean of the School of Communication, and Giovanni Tridente, president of the De Carli Association, participants in the round table included Santiago Sanz, professor of Eschatology at the School of Theology, and Piero Dominici, sociology professor at the University of Perugia.
Following the round table, the seventh edition of the "Giuseppe De Carli" Award ceremony took place, in memory of the Rai Vaticanist journalist who passed away in 2010.
The winners of the seventh edition of the "Giuseppe De Carli" Award, promoted by the homonymous association in collaboration with the Committees "Communication and Migrants" and "Journalism and Religious Traditions," and the School of Institutional Communication of the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross, are Maria Ilaria De Bonis (Popoli e Missione), Salvatore Cernuzio (Radio Vaticana-Vatican News), Giuseppe Ciulla (Rai 3), and Tseng Kuang Yi and Leonardo Cinieri Lombroso (documentary on Matteo Ricci).
