Webinar (for journalists): “Leo XIV: The North and South American Pope”
On February 19, 2026, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., a free webinar entitled Leo XIV: The North and South American Pope will be held.
The webinar, organized by the School fo Church Communication, together with Our Sunday Visitor (OSV), is aimed at journalists who cover and are interested in the Vatican, the Pope, and the Catholic Church. It will feature Rev. Prof. John Wauck (Pontifical University of the Holy Cross) and Gretchen Crowe, editor-in-chief of OSV News.
The webinar will introduce key themes and offer a preview of the topics and discussions that will feature in the upcoming professional seminar The Church Up Close: Covering Catholicism in the Age of Leo XIV, to be held in Rome from September 7 to 12, 2026.
