The new special issue of Church, Communication & Culture (Volume 10, Issue 3, October 2025), entitled “Footprints. An International Study on Young People, Spirituality, Faith and Religion,” is now online. This issue brings together international research on young people and their relationship with faith, exploring diverse contexts such as Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines. Among the main contributions are a global survey of 4,889 young people analyzing the role of faith in young people’s identity, a study on changes in the religiosity of Spanish youth, and a reflection on the spiritual landscape of young Italians, caught between a longing for God and secularizing trends

Una data dal valore simbolico: coincide infatti con il giorno della nascita di San Josemaría Escrivá de Balaguer, ispiratore della Pontificia Università della Santa Croce, di cui il Laboratorio è parte integrante. On 12th and 13th December, the Expert Meeting entitled "Quantum Relations" was held at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross, organized by the ROR Research Group and the DISF Research Centre of the same university, together with the Faraday Institute for Science and Religion in Cambridge and the Center for Science and Faith at the University of Copenhagen. The objective was to answer the following questions: How real are quantum relationships? Are they ontological or logical? What is the result for our world-view? On Monday, December 15, 2025 (from 12:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the Aula Magna), University Life organized a Christmas Carol Contest opened to the entire academic community (professors, students, and staff). The day begun with Holy Mass, animated by the University Choir. This was followed by a packed lunch; those who wish may request one from the cafeteria at a cost of 5 euros. 
On Wednesday, 10 December 2025 (3:30 p.m., Álvaro del Portillo Auditorium), the Round Table entitled From Hope to Action: Mending the World will be held at the initiative of the Giuseppe De Carli Cultural Association and in collaboration with the School of Communication. Afterwards, the award ceremony for the eighth edition of the “Giuseppe De Carli Prize”, held in memory of the RAI Vatican journalist who passed away in 2010, will take place. The event will be moderated by Alessandra Ferraro, Director of RAI Isoradio, and will feature contributions from: Safiria Leccese, journalist and TV host;
On Tuesday, 9 December 2025 (4:45 p.m., John Paul II Lecture Hall), an academic event was held in honor of Prof. Giuseppe Tanzella-Nitti on the occasion of the conclusion of his teaching career. On December 4th and 5th the Research Group Rediscovering the Individual, organized the Conference "Twilights of the Individual? Being and Relationality in the Face of Contemporary Challenges". The event brought together leading scholars from Europe to explore the evolving concept of individuality in philosophy, theology, sociology, and contemporary ethics.
