The conference will try to answer all these questions by offering a forum for debate and joint learning based on conferences, panels and case study methodology.
Methodology
The purpose of the conference is to configure the active principle that inspires the entire organization: its governance and leadership, the institutional culture and the people who are part of it (faculty, students, staff).
The conference will have three strands: the keynote speakers will frame the theoretical grounding of the conversations. That will be followed by practical sessions using the case study method and roundtables. Thirdly, there will be individual papers to allow participants to share best practices and experiences.The Case study method will be a key tool for the advancement of the topics addressed at the Conference. This will require preparation beforehand and active participation from the participants.
Who should attend?
The Conference is intended for people at different levels of university governing bodies.
The conference will take place in the Pontifical University of Holy the Cross, Rome, from October 29 to 31, 2025, in the days leading up to the Jubilee of the World of Education (October 31 to November 2, 2025).
