Luca Mongelli tells the start-up Ridaje on TV 2000
On October 3rd Luca Mongelli (MCE Executive Director, IESE Marie Curie Fellow) was guest on the program Di Buon Mattino broadcast on Tv2000 to talk about Ridaje, the start-up with a social vocation - of which he is a founding member - which turns the homeless into gardeners of the public green of the city of Rome.
Ridaje's purpose is to generate an impact on all those people typically excluded from the social context, exploiting the potential of the market through particular business models.
From 2019 to today many areas of the city of Rome have been redeveloped thanks to the work of homeless properly trained in the role of gardeners. Ridaje has triggered a mechanism that sees the active participation of citizenship, the enhancement of the person and the good of the community through the provision of these urban gardening services.
