The second cycle, which lasts for two years, offers a more deeper understanding of the concepts found in social communications, as well as a concrete formation in institutional communications. Students will learn the skills necessary for presenting the Christian message to today's world, in the "language" that is characteristic of the mass media.
In order to be admitted to this cycle, it is necessary to have completed the first cyle in Institutional Communications, which lasts three years. Priests that have already completed institutional theological studies can finish the first cycle in one year, thanks to the validation of their Philosophy and Theology subjects. It is also possible for other students to reduce the number of years in the first cycle, according to the subjects that they are able to validate.
At the end of this cycle of studies, after defending their License thesis and passing the comprehensive exam, students obtain the degree MA in Church Communications.
