This volume includes some of the most significant presentations from the Conference on the theme "The Concept of Ius in Thomas Aquinas," held in Rome in April 2023, jointly organized by the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross and the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas.
The Conference aimed to explore the Thomistic concept of ius as the object of the virtue of justice and as the just thing in itself (ipsa res iusta) from the Secunda Secundae of the Summa Theologiae.

On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, a day dedicated to blood donation was organized as part of University Life activities and in collaboration with Ema-Roma.
The initiative was aimed at students and teaching and non-teaching staff of Santa Croce.
The blood collected was delivered by Ema-Roma to the city hospitals San Filippo Neri and Santo Spirito.
